We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from guruhealthcoaches. If you are not happy with your order, our return policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original order number is required.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or with a significant discount are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Instructions (3-Step Process)

  1. Contact Us: Within the eligible period, email us at support@guruhealthcoaches.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not ship the item back without authorization.
  2. Get Authorization & Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address in China. Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item with all tags, include the RA number on the package, and mail it to the provided address using a trackable shipping service. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Deductions: Please note:
    • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
    • For returns not due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Please follow the return steps above and clearly state you wish to exchange. We will process the exchange once the original item is received.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. International Returns (For Customers Outside China)

  • Return Address: All authorized returns must be shipped to our designated facility in China.
  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any international return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes incurred when sending the package back. We cannot declare returned goods as “0 value” for customs purposes.
  • Refund Currency: All refunds will be issued in the original payment currency (e.g., USD).

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective: underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene liner is removed), and accessories marked as final sale.
